Fuck it. I posted roll.
Most excellent.

Now...

Did you flush your remaining shit down the toilet?

Remove the temptation. No trophy cans or any stupid shit like that.

Listen to AppleJack, Dan.

Dude knows what he's talking about. Get RID of that temptation. And be ready for the massive SUCK that is about to overtake your brain housing group. If you haven't already, trade digits with members of your quit group (or check your inbox for mine). Quitting is HARD....sometimes it may even feel like you're going to die if you don't get a dip. Trust me, you won't. You need to build a net of accountability so strong it'll sustain you in the weak moments that are about to come at you like a tsunami. You CAN quit, but you WILL need some help. Get the help now while it's still relatively calm, before the storm hits. (not being overly melodramatic....it is gonna SUCK until it doesn't).
Welcome to the best decision you will ever make....

You can do this.
There Is No Turning Back!

If you Can't eat it, Fuck it or Fix it, might as well bury it!

Well that was short-lived.....just sent him the below email through the system:
=======
Dan,

I noticed you were on earlier tonight, but no post. That's never a good sign this early in a quit. Let me guess.....you somehow managed to cave. If that's true, there's a choice between two options. You can go back to the life of a dipper, hating it and wanting to quit, or you can QUIT. Get back on the horse, take a good hard look at what caused the cave, and be open and honest with your quit group. You'll take a ration of grief, but face it, you earned it. You had tools in the kit bag (like my number) that you didn't use.

Of course, I could be wrong and you've decided that you're going to beat this addiction solo..... if that's the case, all I can say is good luck. Ball's firmly in your court now. I'm going to paste this email into your intro thread. Hope you don't mind.
=======

I can only hope he chooses wisely.

Quitters are hard to find. Many want to quit but not so many actually can quit. :P

DD 4 thought I posted, bitches

I'm not sure you're doing this the right way, Dan. Not trying to be judgmental or overly harsh, but you seem to have an attitude that might possibly stand in the way of a successful quit. Try approaching this with a little humility. Just a thought....
