Hello, as many others have stated, I am very happy that I found this website and more importantly people to share this journey and happiness with me. I am 26 years old and have been chewing a can a day since I was 17. A good 80% of my coworkers are also fellow dippers which has made the decision to quit really tough on me psychologically. For me, quitting is going to help me put financially but more importantly I'm looking to holistically change my lifestyle and health choices. Currently, it has been a little over 72 hours of no chew and I've felt coldsweats, irritability, anger, headaches, confusion, increased appetite, and what I find most bizarre is my ability to nod off and forget things for a brief moment. This is my first time quitting, but know that I have the willpower and strength to complete this challenge! As I mentioned before, I work shift work with many fellow dippers so it concerns me being around chew all the time. Finally, I'm just looking for people to share the same common goal with and want to get involved in the process. What do I do from here?

Welcome Keo! If you have not done so, register, and post roll. One of the vets who make this web site such a success, will be in-touch shortly with further instructions. However, I wanted to take this time to say congrats on the first 72 hours, keep the quit strong and welcome to KTC. Hope to see you in the blogs and on the chats!

Welcome to freedom. As Bokie is said be sure to get on roll call. Posting roll is the price of admission. I started on KTC way back in Feb 2014 and have been quit for 994 days but the only way to make it work is to be active. I was on this site a lot my first year and that's why I'm still quit. As for work, get some fake dip to help but do tell your coworkers that you are quit. If they harass you and offer a pinch, dump it out in the shitter. They won't offer it very much after that.

Well let me start off with Welcome to KTC, we are glad you found us. 'oh yeah'

Remember to drink lots of water, eat seeds (suggested unsalted), and gum. Alot eat candy but then you get all these extra pounds and noone really wants that. 'finger point' Hit the gym also lifting or doing cardio is a great way to get your mind off of it for a while, pick up another hobby something you like to do.

Now to the instructions of KTC 'facepalm''

First your group should be February 2017, also here is the link http://forum.killthecan.org/topic/30053935/
This is where you will post your roll (promise) for the day (Mitch Betz - Day 381)
