I'm 24 and I've been using grizzly for 8 years, I've been trying to quit the past year. I haven't been successful. I'm truly happy I found this site.

Just reading through all the info the past hour I already feel much more motivated and in control. I know it won't be easy to get rid of this nasty addiction, I look forward to joining in with others who are going through the same thing as I.

I live in Athens Georgia, I am married without any children. Not sure what else I'm supposed to say here.

Welcome to February group. Post roll every morning and keep your word. I'm only a day ahead of you, so we can hold hands and prance through this together.

Welcome to February group. Post roll every morning and keep your word. I'm only a day ahead of you, so we can hold hands and prance through this together.
Posting roll is what this place is all about, which means your post is your commitment that you will not use tobacco of any form during that day. Commit to is posting early "WUPP" wake up, piss, and post. As you've been reading, this place is built on accountability. PM someone to get digits. We will find you if you do not post. This place is not about going 16 hours of not using, then posting roll. Make that promise when you get up.

The best advice I can give you is you have to think minute-by-minute for now. Any time that shit isn't in your mouth, you have a victory. ODAAT is a motto around here and that means one day at a time. Quit each day. Make that commitment. Play by the posting rule, early and "EDD" every damn day, get digits from others in our groups, get digits of Vets, stay as close as you can to the site for the next few days. You are in the fog and you will likely not be able to think about anything other than dip. Do whatever it takes to stay quit. Use fake stuff, seeds, jerky, whatever. This is life and death. There is nothing right now that is more important than your quit. If you treat it that way, you'll come out. There are hundreds and thousands of people who have played by the rules of this site and quit. You and I can be two more of them.

Type a bunch of stuff too. In the Quit Group. In your intro. Let us know what you are going through. What I've learned in my 17 days is there is almost nothing unique to my quit when compared to everyones. It really helps to get it out of your head. You'll also get some great advice from pros.

Proud to quit with you.

This addiction is not an easy one to beat on your own the best advice I can offer you has been share with you already

Wake Up Piss Post Roll Every Damn Day

other advice

*drink more water than you think possible
*reach out chat is a great place to outlast a craving (they last 3-5 minutes) (that doesn't mean they don't hit you back to back cause they do)
*Post Roll here ---->in your group February
and last did I mention Post Roll ^^^^here^^^^

accountability is the one thing that lacked for each and everyone of us when we tried to stop on our own before here at KTC Accountability is #1 that is why it works.

Welcome Kravst glad to have you here. You can do this if you post your promise every day and then keep your word. That's it just quit for a day then come back tomorrow and do it again. I quit with you today and

All the above advice is great stuff. Jump in with both feet Krav and you can succeed. Post your promise, keep your promise. It won't always be easy, but it's always that simple.

"Not thinking about nicotine is for people who've never used nicotine. We threw that option away with the first dip or drag on a cigarette. We are addicts, and cannot become un-addicted." - wildirish317

We are always at risk. And probably always will be. That is why I will never get "too quit" to post my +1. Every. Damn. Day. - geis2597
