Hey everyone, my names Brandon. I am 20 years old and I dipped every single day for the last 3 years. Over the course of the last few months I really began to question as to why I was even dipping, as it didn't give me any huge enjoyment but rather became routine, Going through a can in less than 48 hours. So the day before my 20th birthday I was with my friends and I decided that would be the last time I dipped and smoked (marijuana), and am now on day 5 of my quit! I have been experiencing withdrawals that I didn't expect at all between the no sleep, loss of hunger, hot flashes, and I find myself starting to get sick. I know that it would probably go away if I packed a lip, but after seeing how my body reacts to not having it gives me all the more reason to never go back!
Good luck to everyone of you on your quits!

Congrats on quitting! You have come to the right place. Head on over to the welcome center and read up. There is a ton of good info there to know at the beginning of your quit.

Next head over to the April pre HOF quit group. This is where you will post your first roll. Posting roll is your promise to us and yourself that you won't use nicotine in ANY form for 24 hours. The directions for posting roll are in the welcome center as well.

So grab your gum, seeds, fake, candy or whatever you need and get this quit started. Congratulations on the best decision of your life.

If you have any questions shoot me a pm.
