Would you give cocaine to help a crack addict quit? Dump all Nic, post roll call and commit to quit all Nic for the rest of today. Wake up tomorrow and repeat roll call. Read everything on this site and fight with a vengeance to stay quit.

Depends on what you are looking for. If you want to be free of the chains that tie you down, hold you back, and keep you suckling at the nicotine teat like a little baby then yes: flush everything you have that contains nicotine and post day 1. If you want to continue a sniveling life that is dominated by your use of nicotine then by all means, keep the gum and move on.

I will tell you that the freedom that we quitters have experienced is intoxicating (to quote another quitter). There is nothing like it. If you want to be free from nicotine, we will help you down the road. You can't buy the support you'll find in this forum.

We are a no nicotine use site. You post roll, you post roll nic free and you stay nic free for the day. That's called keeping your word bro. Letting your integrity stand tall is all the nicotine replacement therapy you need.

Whether nicotine dependency was established and/or maintained by being chewed, smoked, drank, snuffed, sprayed, swallowed, sucked, licked or patched, in the end there is only one way out - no nicotine today.
