Nice to see you here, brother. Seems like you have already admitted to yourself that you are in fact an ADDICT. Great, so is everyone else in here. First thing you want to do is click on the Welcome Center Link at the top of the page (it's Pink). Read around in there. Then, flush all of your lip shit, go to the December Quit Group and post roll. Posting roll holds you accountable for your quit each day. Post roll everyday and keep the shit out of your mouth. Reach out for help when you need it. Remember, quit means no nicotine of any sort in flowing through your body. Period!

You're doing it right. Look forward to seeing you in December group. Read the directions and watch the video in the Welcome Center link above in pink. We're still fresh quitters in the December group, so not everyone has posting roll all figured out, but if someone screws it up, there's usually a vet to fix it up until we've got it down.

Welcome aboard Steve. You'll be getting a lengthy welcome - and "How To" - letter from me. But just a couple of points I need to make to you here....

You said you "tried" everything to quit.

We don't Try at KTC. We don't Hope. We don't "Give it our best shot".

We QUIT. We COMMIT. We give our oaths as men and women, to each other that, whatever comes, we absolutely will not use nicotine today.

Every one of us is an addict. Say it with me now..."I AM A NICOTINE ADDICT". Say it over and over to yourself until you get that crystal clear.

Now this one..."I WILL BE A NICOTINE ADDICT FOREVER".

That's right. You are an addict and you always will be. So am I. So is every other person on KTC.

Only we don't use nicotine. Following the rules laid down here has resulted in thousands of helpless nicotine addicts to get clean and stay clean. It will work for you too.

But never try. Give us your word. Then keep it.

Welcome Steve, 60 days ago I too was a victim of 1000's "attempts" to quit. Now I am quit today and I can promise you and everyone else here I am not going to dip or use any form of nicotine today. I can handle that, I can get thru today, if I start to question that at all, I will hop back on this site and do a little reading to remind myself of my promise for the day.
All you did when you signed on here was get thousands of people who want to help you. You are not alone in this fight, I will jump in that foxhole and fight next to you today.
I quit with you today.

I see you posted roll, GREAT!!!!! Now all you have to do is keep your word to us that you will not dip today. Post roll tomorrow and do it all over again. Do not think of forever, just today. Forever is too much for the human mind to comprehend. Way to much anxiety in forever. Live and quit TODAY!

You can do this my brother. One day at a time. Hell, one hour at a time if you need.

Remember, you are quit. You ain't trying anything. YOU ARE QUIT!!!!!!!!!!!!
