Go NAVY!

You'll be getting a lengthy welcome - and "how to" - letter from me, just want to say a couple of things here.

First, welcome, and be assured every last one of us knows exactly how you feel. Can't say that about any other person or group anywhere. You're in the right place.

Second, WE KNOW HOW TO QUIT, because we've done it successfully. Thousands of us. Follow the rules this place lays down for you, and you'll be successful too.

Third, this is no trial. If you haven't used nicotine for 11 days, then you have QUIT, are QUIT, and we're here to make sure you remain QUIT. Once you are QUIT, there is no going back.

Ever.

Bring it.

Welcome and take this from another newbie.
I'm only 21 days in and at first the thought of posting every day.... exchanging numbers.... can seem alittle weird.
But hoow bad do you want this? Read all you can. the stories are bone chilling. Yeah we are young still it can't happen. WHATEVER!!! You never know which wad you put in will start the growth of cancer.
Use all the tools. Post roll EVERY DAY and post early. USE the live chat. Have a craving at night??? Get in the chat room and just say straight up. I'm wanting to go buy a can. You will be talked out if it. Or get numbers. Text a brother for support. sometimes thats all it takes.
This is a horrible addiction not a habit. I was reading a post somewhere are a guy said he threw all his cans away and drove them to the dump. He couldnt just throw them in the trash because when a craving came he knew where it would be.
How many times have we tried to quit and dug a can out if the trash? went driving back down a road to look for a can we threw out? i have horses...... i burried a can in the manure pile after cleaning stalls that day. What did I do the next morning? Dug that bitch up..... A bad habit doesnt make us do that crazy shit. It an ADDICTION!!! QUIT!!! just for today and do it again tomorrow.
PM me if you need anything man
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

So what happened to you Navy? You had people all lined up here to support you, and you never posted roll. How's your "quitting trial" coming?
