Last dip was friday about 6pm. Feeling very freaky and agitated, foggy, impatient, could not get to sleep then slept way too late. Bummer. dont want to do anything because nothing is fun without some Griz-longcut-straight.....lol

I know lots of folks who have quit smoking or dipping. I have a brand new respect for them.

PS...I cant figure out the Roll Call thing. maybe I dont have the damn patientce right now to figure it out.

Welcome to the suck brother, and congrats on your decision to quit! The first few days are gonna be harder then hell, but you can make it through. Hell, I'm on day 19 and it's still sucking! But you've been cramming grizz into your face for however many years now, and now it's time to pay the piper. I would suggest staying very close to the site over the next few weeks and reading up as much as you can! If you need anything, just shoot me or anyone on the site a PM, we're all glad to help. And here's the video on how to do roll: http://www.killthecan.org/roll/. Welcome aboard man!
