hello everyone, my name is Scott and I am 34. Been dipping since i was 13. Growing up on a horse farm we always kept dip around to worm the horses and as kids will be i was curious and of course looked up to my uncles, wanting to immulate them. Needless to say 21 years flys by and at 2 cans a day i look back at the money i have "spit" out. I found this site and read a few things and said to myself "dummy, today is YOUR day"

sorry to ramble.

Dude, ramble on. We love to hear stories of quitters. Head over to the Sept quit group and introduce yourself there. Those gust all quit about the same time as you and they are still adding members.
Here is how to post roll
Do this every day early!!!
Being quit is like so much better than not being quit.

What Mike said. If you think that is ramblin' you should see some of my posts...

Glad you made this awesome decision. Post your promise to stay quit every day and stand by your word. We'll do the same. Start with today and we'll reconvene tomorrow morning.

Read like the wind here, and you'll learn from some badass quitters how to get this done right. There is wisdom everywhere.

I'm quit with you today.
Quitting is the most important thing you'll do today.

Caving is not an option.

Welcome! Be strong and stay strong. Myself, our quit brothers, and most importantly YOU all rely on you to stay strong. Remember, caving is NOT an option. You will feel like crap, you will crave, you will get those "one more dip" craves. This is normal. Fight through it and you will feel AMAZING! This is a huge brotherhood and we are all here for each other. Post roll daily! NEVER miss roll call! There is no excuse. If you are going to be away from a computer, then make sure you get phone numbers and we can do it for you. If you need a number, hit me up and I got your back!

These guys got you covered. Welcome to the site.

Make sure you get some numbers from your quit brothers. I know it seems wierd at first but it is key to you staying quit.

READ, READ, READ as you have already been told. Everything you could ever want to know about quitting can be found somewhere on this site.

Buckle up and lets get this shit done.

It's not that some people have willpower and some don't... It's that some people are ready to change and others are not.

NEVER AGAIN !!

"I have been down here before, I know the way out. "

There is a huge difference between a commitment of 99% and a commitment of 100%
