Coffee is a MAJOR trigger for me, but do what you got to do for you and your quit. For whatever reason, I don't like chewing when I'm tipping back a few cold ones...that's a blessing. Anyway, kick some ass minute by minute |

jjms, that was a blessing for me too that alcohol was not a trigger. It got me through the first 30 days....be VERY careful. Being drunk will lower your guard and even though alcohol was not a trigger, a hangover was a HUGE trigger for me. |
| Being quit is like so much better than not being quit. | |

Mike is correct. Be very careful with alcohol early on. Hangovers still feel wierd to me so my alcohol intake is much less than it used to be which is not a terrible thing. Good choice !! Welcome !! |

It's not that some people have willpower and some don't... It's that some people are ready to change and others are not. NEVER AGAIN !! "I have been down here before, I know the way out. " There is a huge difference between a commitment of 99% and a commitment of 100% Quit Date: 10-30-2009 : HOF Date: 2-7-2010 : One Year: 10-30-2010 : Two Years: 10-30-2011 : Comma 7-25-2012 : Three Years 10-30-2012 : Four Years 10-30-2013 : Five Years 10-30-2014 : Double Comma 4-21-2015 : Six Years 10-30-2015 : Seven Years 10-30-2016 : Eight Years 10-30-2017 : My HOF Speech | |
