I am in the foggy stage.. and really wanna talk to some people

Its good to have you. The foggy stage is a bitch but It don't last long. You just have to learn to relax and try to keep it off your mind. You have to remember that quitting is the best thing and youll do nothing but benefit from it. I havent been quit but 10 days so im not sure if I really need to talk much about it yet......lol. I do know coming to this site for help was the best decision I could make. It really helps!!! Just hang in there and the fog will clear in a few days. If you need anything give me a holler. If I cant answer it i know for a fact someone here can!!!

if you're on day 3 then you're part of the march 09 group (we base the groups on when you'll hit the hall of fame of 100 days clean)
